About Me

I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years as a physical therapist. Throughout my career, I have recognized the mind-body-spirit relationship and its interdependence for successful healing, recovery, and well-being. For this reason, I pursued a Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa, Florida to learn the hypnotherapy skillset for more holistic patient care.

Currently, my passion is to assist in the integration of clinical hypnotherapy into the Western healthcare system. Research continues to expand in its effectiveness for a variety of physical and mental disorders. For this reason, I am hopeful that this mind-body-spirit modality will be more and more accepted by healthcare professionals and the general public.
